Recently, the media reported that Ms. Feng Dan, deputy to the National People's Congress and vice president of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, was most concerned about how to accelerate the innovation and application of large model reasoning technology during this year's two sessions, and focused on strengthening the research and development of artificial intelligence technology.
Ms. Feng Dan proposed that the state should launch a special project for the strategic reserve of data resources, aiming to promote universities, research institutes and industry leaders to jointly build an "algorithm-data-storage" joint research and development laboratory. The initiative aims to closely integrate basic scientific research, technological innovation and industrial upgrading with practical market applications, while accelerating the research and development process of related technologies such as data security sharing, circulation and utilization. She also suggested that more efforts should be made to publicize and promote the obtained and recognized scientific research results, and give priority to use in major projects.
